For better operation of the public administration, the Secrétariat du Conseil du trésor recognizes the importance of and need for consulting Québec public service resource managers and working in concert with them.
In that regard, since January 1, 2011, the Secrétariat has implemented a new framework for concerted action among groups of resource managers 
(169 Ko), which encourages them to cooperate in a different way. Concerted action will strengthen the relationship between the Secrétariat du Conseil du trésor and the groups of resource managers. It should also facilitate exchanges and ensure the sharing of knowledge on issues directly related to the groups’ fields of expertise.
